Blueberry Puff Pastries

We all know by now that blueberries are loaded with antioxidants, but did you know they also aid in digestion? This super berry makes the perfect topping to your breakfast pastry because its delicious and full of body-healthy nutrients


1 sheet puff pastry

1 pint blueberries

1 scoop of BIOHM Super Greens

1 egg

1 cup blueberry yogurt

1 tsp edible lavender


Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut puff pastry into squares. In a small bowl whisk egg and lightly brush egg along each side of the puff pastry. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Allow to slightly cool. Mix blueberry yogurt with the BIOHM Super Greens and add to the center. Top with fresh blueberries and sprinkle with lavender.
